Resources management (RM) is different from Human Resources Management (HRM) also known as Human Resources (HR)
Resources Management is the controlling/harnessing of the Resources of an individual, Group of Individuals, Business and Organization to enable them become what they aim to become in life as the purpose for their existence/creation, fulfil a certain Goal or desire & solve their Problems.
Such aim, desire and problem solving can be whatever the individual, Group of Individuals, Business and Organization chooses. E.g. Becoming whealthy, Finishing School, Wellness from a Sickness, Owning a Company, Getting a Job, Settling a debt, Owning a Business, Traveling Abroad, Relationship Solution, Starting A Successful Career, Succeeding in a Career, Getting Married and so on.
The Resources to be managed includes but not limited to the knowledge, Idea, Skill, Strenght, Connection, Money, Properties, Involvement, Professsion, Business, strategy, engagement among other Responses of the individual, Group of Individuals, Business and Organization
